Over the last year, we’ve worked with the Annapolis Yacht Club’s facilities committee, the City of Annapolis Office of Planning and Zoning, and New York-based Hart Howerton, a national firm specializing in club master planning and architecture to develop two properties for the Club on the Eastport side of the Spa Creek bridge.  To the west of the bridge is a Family Activity Center with a pool and deck, an outdoor casual restaurant, and a new fitness center; to the east is a Sailing Center that will encompass the junior fleet program and additional administrative office space.

As the project continues to take shape, we are excited about the transformative possibilities it holds – not only for the Yacht Club, but for the neighborhood as well.  Situated at the foot of the Spa Creek Bridge, these properties are located at the gateway to Eastport and are a hugely visible opportunity to elevate the shared landscape viewed by thousands of locals and tourists alike.
