We’re excited to be working with Baltimore’s Blueprint Robotics and Stonington Builders to bring the townhome-like residences, office space and rental apartments at Eastport Sail Loft to life. Construction at the corner of Chesapeake Avenue and Fourth Street began this winter. After putting foundations in place for the six residences, the six two-car garages were brought to the site and are currently being finished. An October completion date is anticipated.

Along Fourth Street, office use will fill the space at street level, with apartments located above. The six townhome-like residences face Chesapeake Avenue.

Through months of planning, we were grateful for the ideas, input, and involvement of neighbors, the Eastport Civic Association, and the Eastport Business Association. Collaboratively, we arrived at a design that fits comfortably into the neighborhood and extends the street level interest and walkability Eastport’s historic “Main Street.”
