Perched along a serene waterfront setting, the Cove Creek Residence blends timeless coastal architecture with refined modern living. Designed to embrace its natural surroundings, the home’s exterior showcases classic shingle-style craftsmanship, natural stone accents, and expansive windows that capture panoramic water views. Gabled roofs and detailed trimwork lend a sense of traditional charm, while clean lines and balanced proportions create a fresh, contemporary appeal.
Annapolis Yacht Club – Sailing Center
Annapolis, Maryland
Located over Spa Creek on the Eastport side of the bridge, the Annapolis Yacht Club’s Family Activity Center and Sailing Center revitalized the water edge in 2019. The form of this building complements the traditional gable roof and shingle façade elements of downtown Eastport. Nestled beyond a series of existing waterfront trees, the building lies tight to the surrounding building fabric giving a sense of timeless place.
