Located on the Eastport waterfront overlooking Spa Creek, the Family Activity Center extends the Annapolis Yacht Club campus with a building that feels deeply rooted in its historic surroundings. Inspired by the traditional gabled forms and cedar-shingled architecture of Eastport, the design nestles among mature waterfront trees, creating a timeless presence that strengthens the neighborhood’s connection to the water while providing flexible spaces for members and families throughout the year.
