With 34 years of experience, Leo Wilson has brought expertise, leadership and vision to the firm’s clients.

Leo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture at The Catholic University of America and a Master of Architecture degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He is licensed in several states and has worked on projects up and down the east coast from Nantucket to Key West.

Sandie has been a part of the Hammond Wilson team for more than twenty-five years and has been a leader in various project types. She is a people person who is most passionate about residential projects.

Sandie truly enjoys interacting with her clients to better understand and help them meet their goals. She considers this collaborative nature of projects among the most rewarding aspects of her career.

Andrew Fishback, AIA, LEED AP

Andrew joined Hammond Wilson in 2011 and is responsible for leading the design and development of many commercial projects, both small and large.

His diverse design experience is showcased through various project sectors both locally and internationally, including hospitality, retail, entertainment, commercial, multi-family housings, and residential design.

Andrew is a graduate of the NewSchool of Architecture and Design and a native Annapolitan. His studies abroad took him to Scandinavia, where he developed a deep appreciation for the art and culture he found there.
